Lunch at Le Pont Sri Petaling

Le Pont Sri Petaling is not near my place, I need to use waze to travel there. Today I have time as I have gone to Sojourn with my mom and I decided to treat her lunch at Le Pont. It is about 25 min away, I use the waze to get to Sri Petaling, rounding at the area it took me few time to find parking and sad to say there's no parking available at that time. No choice I go to parked at private parking it cost RM3.20, the other day I went just RM3 and they have increase 20cents.

The drinks on the left cost RM13 and RM12, the food lamb shank RM46, salmon RM38. I didn't include the cents here, so the billed is RM122.++. I bought 2 cookies packets and it total up RM150.80. I think because it is using packaging instead of bottle the cookies didn't taste good.

Monday blue last Monday!!

Yeah only now I recalled I have an event to attend which I forgot to attend. Haha... how funny is that I also look through my email to check.

The event was last Monday morning 10am at Empire Shopping Gallery. It's a motor event, and not sure why I didn't recall on it at all.

What was I doing last Monday? Perhaps after send my son to kindergarten I back home to sleep. Sleep is important as we need at least 8 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep can be bad for health same goes to children, they will need longer sleep than adults.

Done a draft today and have send out, this week total done 3 drafts included the one I just mentioned.

Stay home for a good reason

This afternoon come an hunch to me that I need to stay home in the evening as I have back pain. Yeah it happened this afternoon when I fetch my sons from kindergarten/school, I felt my back pain.

So I decided not to go the event that I promised as I not feeling well. Imagine the bad traffic if there's jam as from my place to there would takes about 30 minutes of driving not yet include if heavy traffic flow.

My friend told me they have fun as they are nearby working there. It's good for them as near for them but not quite near for me.

What have they get in the goodie bag? It's not about the goodie but let's find out what inside.

Oral Care events

I just attended an oral care event few days back and I didn't plan to go another next week. As the venue is far away from my place. Other than that, it is just an event and it is non paid for lifestyle blogger like me as I am doing of things that interest me. I go for events that I have interest and love, sometimes getting paid is an added advantage.

The cost of editing photo, blogging and Internet fee is come from own pockets. Also dont forget about attending the event with our own cost. From one place going to another places, finding parking and some events don't provide food or refreshment after that. Also the smart phone fee that we need to pay for the access of Internet to use waze.

I do check on venue before going for an event. Though some events are interesting but if it clashes my time to fetch my boys I have to give them up. My sons are schooling and transporter charging each child one way fee is costly! Besides going to an event is just getting goodies and this cannot be use to pay the fuel/petrol/parking.

yeah this is new and unique posting about toilet bowl seater, as my dear break the toilet bowl seater. no kidding, I am sure because of his weight on it that breaks it. the part of of bowl seater has pop up as broken. if just sit on it no see sure make your thigh bleeds.

need to find those that dont have the standing at the bottom of the seater. this toilet bowl seater that broken has standing at bottom a few sides thats why it breaks easily as cannot support the weight.

Replacement class on Saturday

So this Saturday my son has got replacement class Tuesday.

He needs to go school on this Saturday as last week Tuesday school was closed.

My other friends also told me about it, so now we know it is confirmed this Saturday he got class.

McDonald’s Malaysia and RMHC extend support and much needed help to flood victims

More than RM500,000 worth of aid in the form of cash donation and in kind to be donated for rebuilding efforts


Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (14 January 2015) – McDonald’s Malaysia and the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Malaysia are extending their support to help families affected by the recent floods in the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. As part of the initiative, collections for the months of January and February from all RMHC donation coin boxes found in McDonald’s restaurants will be channelled to the flood victims. Additionally, McDonald’s Malaysia is pledging to match every ringgit collected during the same period.


All funds will go towards helping the affected children to rebuild their lives after one of the worst floods to have hit the country.


Cash donations aside, McDonald’s Malaysia employees also volunteered to send aid and help in the post-flood clean-up efforts in several affected areas, namely Kota Bharu, Dungun and Temerloh. From 9 January to 11 January, a convoy of 8 4WD vehicles and 2 delivery trucks carrying aid relief boxes totalling more than RM100,000 were distributed to 650 families. Each aid relief box contained items such as portable gas stoves, rice bags, instant noodles, cooking oil, cooking pots and other utensils. 450 RMHC school bags were also distributed for the affected children.


“In the spirit of Malaysians serving Malaysians, it is heartening to see so many of our employees volunteering for this initiative to lend a helping hand to our fellow brothers and sisters in the affected areas. We are truly proud of the wonderful team spirit, and I hope that McDonald’s and RMHC’s support will help accelerate the rebuilding process so that every affected Malaysian can start afresh on stronger footing,” said Stephen Chew, Managing Director of McDonald’s Malaysia.


During the initial stages of the flood relief efforts, McDonald’s Malaysia had lent its support with the provision of 1,500 meals to the dedicated servicemen from the Ministry of Defence. With many homes destroyed by the floods, McDonald’s Malaysia will also be disbursing almost RM180,000 to 356 McDonald’s employee families affected by the floods.

Homesoy Raya packets for my friend

I won the Homesoy Raya packets and decided to give it to my son's classmate. His mom is happy to receive the packets as she didn't prepare many for this year.

So some friends have tag me on event to go, I am not going places that I haven't been before. Seriously it's far and jam and you know it, by the time is over you still need to fill your tummy or drive back home. Mmmm... it I would choose to stay home rather going head to head traffic with them.

For them it's near they can go ahead and enjoy the event.

Well, I don't get paid for attend the event, guess what?! There is only one mini pillow contained in the goodie bag. So I did my part by blogging of their launches. Seem they not so happy about it, mention the pic is so blurr. They could hire other professional to do the job, well I am sure they are getting paid for the job.The parking fee to go the event, RM15 per entry! Don't get cheap on me!

Anyway saving money to purchase a camera. 

Stress with online shopping Guardian

This is sad after hours trying to shop for products that suitable for my family members. During want to try the voucher code of RM10 Guardian, sadly it sad that the code is invalid. What's wrong? No idea, I have pm them on Facebook, hope they reply soon.

It's just waste of time and afford trying to shop online for first time with Guardian online.

Anyway first experience with shopping Guardian is disappointed!!

Weekdays events

They have few events invitation but sad to say can't make it. It is either the time or the date is not suitable. Other than that I find spend quality time with family members are better.

Parking can be troublesome at the mall and the parking fee can be costly. Do you think all events worth going?

Son's having exam soon so I need to know when is suitable go events.
